SVN Checkout issue

Hello Sirs,

I have encountered this bug while doing some checkout:
*In directory '<dir>\core\modules\whiteboard'
Can't open file
'<dir>\core\modules\whiteboard\.svn\tmp\text-base\whiteboard.class.php.svn-base':

The system cannot find the file specified.*

I tried searching it on the FAQ page and issue tracker but didn't found any
similar issues to this.

When I tried updating the folder, I got this error:
*Working copy '<dir>\core\modules\whiteboard' locked
Please execute the "Cleanup" command.*

I did the cleanup command and I got this error:
*Cleanup failed to process the following paths:
- <dir>\core\modules\whiteboard*

I don't know if it is our error or the tortoise svn. BTW, the core folder is
an external folder meaning it isn't located in the exact folder in the repo
so I can't check if this FAQ <http://tortoisesvn.net/node/167> applies to
this error.

Please help me on this matter. Please tell me what should we do to prevent
it from happening again and how can we fix it.

Really thanks a lot for the help!

Sherwin
