I don't think I would have any use for this. The TortoiseSVN
context menu does all the TortoiseSVN things I am likely to need
it for.

If you really need to modify the behaviour, and the installer,
to add features not in tsvn for everyone, then of course you can
check out the source and build your own, with any alterations
you ever want. While difficult, it's probably not much more
difficult than writing a correct and reliable plugin component
might be.

Oh, and while I'm writing this - TortoiseSVN is a very useful
product. Thank to the the development team and to all who have
contributed to it!
