Controls in some TSVN windows are not correctly layouted on Windows Vista

Hi,

I'm using TSVN 1.5.3 and noticed that controls in some TSVN windows
are not correctly layouted due to thick window border on Widows Vista.

However I'm very happy with TSVN. Keep up the good work!
