Erik,

Nice to see your name pass across the list!

This might be is related to the "peg revision" problem that I, Dave
Lawrence and others have been struggling with lately.

Stefan has it substantially fixed in TSVN 1.5.3 (current release).

You might like some of the other niceties in the 1.5.x series, although
personally I am still trying to decide if the "Hurtling Turtle" progress
indicator is an improvement or not.
