No, that's absolutely wrong behaviour. Two different repositories must have different UUIDs. In the worst case assembla.com does not run "svnadmin create" but copies a blank repository each time a creates a project. I have a project at assembla as well. The UUID is: df780914-b739-dc11-ac19-00188b745eb1
No, it's under "Options->Log Cache". There you'll see a list of repositories for which information is cached. Select the repositories in question and "Delete" the cachend information.
