Yes, unfortunately the UUIDs are identical for both repositories.
Strictly speaking, assembla.com call them "sites", so maybe this is
the expected behaviour.

I have checked the folder "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local
Settings\Application Data\TSVNCache" and it appears to be empty. Is
this the right folder to check?
