Excuse me, this is my fault? I happen to have had Plink.exe there for
my own reasons that predate TSVN. I would hardly call this "random
stuff".

This is most certainly correct as I removed Plink.exe from the system
folder, tested TSVN and the connection failed. I didn't mention the
fact that I tested this because I didn't think that I would be
challenged on my post which was intended to be helpful to others.

There *is* a TSVN problem with the upgrade to 13783 as this is the
first time (and I've upgraded probably dozens of times over the years)
that I have had this problem.

If this is the response that one gets when attempting to report a
problem, I think this will probably be the last time I post to this
list.
