Go to http://subversion.tigris.org/ and click on the "Windows
binaries" link under the "Get Subversion" section. CollabNet,
Tigris.org, and VisualSVN have the server components (SlikSVN is
client-only). Tigris.org doesn't have an actual installer, just a ZIP
file. So if you want the installer, CollabNet and VisualSVN seem to be
your choices. However, as the bright red/yellow note says, "NOTE:
Binary packages usually come out about a week after the corresponding
source release." It's only been a day since the 1.5.2 source release,
so neither have 1.5.2 yet... give them a week and I suspect they'll
have 1.5.2 installers.
