Downloading Subversion Server for Windows

Hi Gang,

I host my own Subversion repository and access it using TortoiseSVN
both on the same system. I am aware that there's now a subversion
1.52 available. However, they don't exactly make it easy to get a
windows version any more and most of what I'm seeing look like
commercial options. What's a good free/open source Windows Subversion
installer to use?
