Yelling is a sure way not to get help...
Look, I do not know why it gives you the errors you report. I use
Windows 2000 Professional (build 2195) with SP4 in my two PCs at the
lab, and none of them have shown this problem. So there must be a way to
get around the problems you have. As a suggestion, try to install TSVN
on a clean Windows 2000 installation... either in a different machine or
in a VM (using QEMU or VMWare, for example) and see if the problem
repeats. If it doesn't then it should point to some incompatibility with
your particular setup. If it does, maybe it sheds more light on the
possible bug...
