Tortoise SVN - Apache bug(?)

Hello,

I have noticed that when I create a repository using the latest Tortoise
SVN (1.5.2) version, I am not able to reach it when using apache (2.0).
However, I did succeed in doing it with older versions ( 1.4.*) and when
creating a repository with Subversion itself ("svnadmin create ..." in
console). Everything except the tool, I used for creating a repository,
remained untouched and unchanged (configs, paths, etc...).
