Feature request: turn off overlay icons and context menu separately

Hello,

I use TortoiseSVN with Total Commander. With version 1.4 I had an option
to show overlay icons only in Explorer, which practically disabled them
for me. I only used context menu and viewed changed files when commited
them, which was fine.

Since overlay icons now can be switched only together with menu, I have
to turn them on, which impacts performance.

What I propose is to separate the options: 'show icons only in Explorer'
and 'show menu only in Explorer'. Or, better still, add options to
disable either of these altogether, to suit users who only need one of them.
