Accent in properties

Hi,

I have set the property bugtraq:label to "Jira Clé de la demande : "
without quote recursively on my directory.
The folder is already commited.
With explorer, I create a new folder and then add it to with TortoiseSVN.
The new folder have the bugtraq:label property set to "Jira Clé de la
demande : "

The e with accent become é.

It happen also with the property bugtraq:message. I didn't test with
others properties.
