You mean this public bug-tracking system? http://issues.tortoisesvn.net/

I think the real question here is, is the problem TSVN incorrectly
interpreting your repository, or is your repository screwy in the
first place? It almost looks to me as though your early revisions are
dated 2008, then there are revisions dated earlier. Have you confirmed
with the output of svn log?
