How correctly end TSVNCache.exe ?

Hi,

How correctly end TSVNCache.exe ? I need make some tests, I have problem
with overlay icons -
http://svn.haxx.se/tsvnusers/archive-2008-07/0719.shtml - after wakeup
from suspend2ram and I need exclude TortoiseSVN from applications, that
should caused this problem.
