Well, our repository is private so I can't give out the url. I can
however tell you that we are currently using svnserve.exe for our
server and our URL is begins with svn://. More importantly I can also
confirm that this bug reproduces for working copies based at other
URLS such as the public AnkhSVN repository at http://ankhsvn.open.collab.net/svn/ankhsvn/trunk.
Just for fun I also checked out a copy of the TortoiseSVN trunk at
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk and also I'm able
to reproduce this bug there as well.
