Just give TSVN the svn:// URL you put in your email. "Connection info"
is not global in Subversion, it's stored in each working copy. The
fields in the Network portion of the TSVN settings dialog are for HTTP
connections and svn+ssh connections; there is no "proxy" for the
svn:// protocol
