1.5 configuration question

i have subversion 1.5 installed as a svnserve service on a remote
server. the repository has the name svn://192.168.100.178/wyndrepos.
i have tortoisesvn on a laptop and would like to connect it to the
this svn repository but i dont see any connection info except for http
connections. can i use tortoisesvn to connect to a remote svn
repository? if so, how do i set the connection up?
