SVN Log File to HTML?

Hi --

We have a WIKI on our intranet and currently we have been manually
updating the wiki about once a week by pulling up the SVN log, copying
and pasting it into Notepad and doing some find/replace to add HTML
tags before adding the text to our Wiki. Is there an easier way to
access the log file so we can create the HTML in a more automated
fashion?
