Tortoisesvn 1.5.1 Checkout broken

Because of the TSVNcache cpu issue, I installed 13494, which solved
that problem, but has another.

Right click on a drive (or folder) and select Checkout, and it
crashes. I suspect a space is missing from the generated command.
Running svn from a terminal works fine.

I have also tried nightly build 13509 but the problem still exists.
