I've got svnadmin and red documentation. Didn't find any command to
upgrade repository.
I've tryed both verify and recover subcomands and both says the
repository state is ok.
Still tortoiseSVN can't commit changes to the repository. (????)

I've created a new repository and I've loaded the dump from the old
one into the new one.
Copied the whole db subdir from the new repository to the old. Commit
now works again
and repository history id ok. :-)

Mistery still remain unsolved....

Thank you for your help.
