svn+ssh completely broken in 1.5.x

Hi,

I upgraded to 1.5.x and now all my SVN repositories that require SVN
+SSH are broken. In the past I was able to use plink -i "keyfile" for
both public/private and username/password based SVN. Now, nothing
works.

Worse yet, there is not backoff to 1.4.8 without LOTS of work.
