Thank you, Kurt.

I found the entry in the help (online) that explains what you just
said. Interestingly, the shift+right-click does not show me a "Delete
(keep local)" option BUT the help file installed in my computer does
not have that information either.

I have version 1.4.8 Build 12137. Is this a new feature or a setting
that I've missed somehow?
