How to get the hooks in a few directories in the repository

I have a problem here..

I have developed a hook in perl that checks for coding standard violation in java,xml,mxml,.sql files etc..

I have a repository called eng

Now i have the following directories in there
/eng/sourceA
/eng/sourceB
/eng/sourceC

How can i ensure that the hook is invoked only for sourceA and sourceB and not sourceC

?
