Commit dialog tab order changed in 1.5

Hi guys,

I noticed that the tab order of the commit dialog has changed in 1.5.
It used to be Recent Messages button, Log Message edit box, Changes
list (as they are ordered in the dialog). Now the Recent Messages
button comes *after* the Message edit box, which is a bit annoying for
people like me who often tab-switch between the Changes list and the
Message edit box. Was this intentional?
Actually, I fixed it for myself by editing TortoiseProc's resources in
Visual Studio, but I thought that may be other people prefer (or are
used to) the old order too.

And this is a chance for me to say a big Thank You to the TortoiseSVN
development team, because I've been using SVN + TortoiseSVN hapily for
a long time.
