Overlays and SVN Status column for ignored folders are acting strangely

Here are my settings:

Icon Overlays / Status Columns
    Show overlay for ignored items
    Show overlay for unversioned items
Status Cache
    Default
Drive Types
    Removable drives
    Network drives
    Fixed drives
Show excluded folders as normal

Icon Set is XPStyle

Ignored files show up with the ignored overlay and an SVN Status column
of ignored (correct); ignored folders show up as unversioned, with a
blank svn status (incorrect - shouldn't they be treated the same as the
ignored files?).

"svn status" reports the folders as ignored.

Thanks,
