I think I remember another earlier post on the mailing list talked about a
change between 1.4 and 1.5 where the server was previously returning 401,
which caused T-SVN to prompt for a username and password, whereas 1.5 was
returning a 403, which was being interpreted as an error. Is there anything
in your SVN Server's error log? I know for my Apache configuration, I can
always see these errors in "error.log"

Are you getting this error in T-SVN or Visual SVN?
