Upgraded to 1.5, can't commit. VisualSVN?

While the commits worked fine under 1.4, now I get the following message when
I try to commit:

Commit failed (details follow):
Server sent unexpected return value (403 Forbidden) in response to CHECKOUT
request for '/svn/locater/!svn/ver/117/trunk/entry.aspx'

Any ideas on whats going on? I'm not convinced it's the version 1.5 thing
though, I'm open to any ideas you guys might have. I also recently
installed VisualSVN. Could that have caused the problem?

Also I noticed the icons are missing from the context menu. Any ideas about
that?
