I think if update before commit can solve filename duplicate
issue,they will get the lately files

In fact,I download the collabnet subversion and install already , I
had tried the python binding in my
VisualSVN Server :$..I think I will try on collabnet subversion server
later :P.
Today Subversion 1.5 released publish.I am going to update the server
right away.
