Yes you can,
 
check the tools propagated on the subversion project page <subversion.tigris.org>. You will find links to svnsync and other tools that address syncing repositories.
 
This list here deals only with the TortoiseSVN client and not with any server related issues, although you may get help setting up and configuring stuff.

        Hi,

           My team is using SVN wherein the server is located in different network because of which SVN actions (update, commit, etc....) are very slow. Can we have parallel servers running in synchronization so that one server can be installed on local network and any updates can simultaneously reflect in remote side server?
