Parallel servers for SVN

Hi,

   My team is using SVN wherein the server is located in different
network because of which SVN actions (update, commit, etc....) are very
slow. Can we have parallel servers running in synchronization so that
one server can be installed on local network and any updates can
simultaneously reflect in remote side server?
