OK, some more interesting stuff:

I have
/Vendor/YUI/v2.5.1

* I checked out the v2.5.1 folder to "YUI Checkout";
* I added in the 2.5.1 files, and tried to commit them;
* I get a big listing of "adding" then it stops with the same error as below.

I was able to add the folders though, the files in the root of the folder (index.html & README) won't commit.

So I tried something else:

* Checked-out the whole Vendor branch;
* Added in the 2 new files;
* Tried to commit... and get the same error!

This is completely stumping me. Is it a permissions problem? Or is there something wrong with SVN????

If this isn't the appropriate forum, should I be asking on the SVN lists?

No, committing folder1 by itself works, committing the whole working folder looks like it does... until it craps out & the end & it's all rolled back.

I originally exported the files & folders from another SVN repository, then copied them all into the WC.
