Where can I find merge module 'GDIPLUS'

When I was trying to build TortoiseSVN-1.4.8 with VS 2005, I got a wrong
message :

I searched in mailing list archives and found a replied message by Stefan.
He referred to a URL:
http://www.installshield.com/downloads/modules.asp?prod=ISX&lan=english&xmlUse=y

But when I opened this URL in my browser. Browser was linked to
http://www.acresso.com/.
So, where can I download merge module "GDIPLUS"?
