BUG: Start maximized on a secondary screen fails (nothing is visible).

I have two screens connected to my computer (IBM T60 - WIN XP). The
last screen where I closed the window becomes the default screen for
this window.

The BUG:
When the default screen for the tortoise SVN is the secondary screen
and the window was maximized (last time I used it) and I open the repo-
browser the window is not showing. Only when I minimize it and then
maximize it again it shows.
