Thanks for the info.
I tried tweaking the doc build, but I can't seem to get it right. The
html and chm docs are fine. But the pdf just won't work.
There's a problem when creating the *.fo file. Somehow the xslt
transformation from the xsl source files to the *.fo file doesn't work -
the encoding gets changed!
If someone knows more about the xslt transformation of docbook sources
to *.fo files...
