The server at svn.flintstoning.com does not appear to have mod_dav_svn
loaded at all. Which means svn is not running there.
(server id string: Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) DAV/2 SVN/1.4.2
mod_python/3.2.10 Python/2.4.4 PHP/5.2.0-8+etch7 mod_ssl/2.2.3
OpenSSL/0.9.8c Server at svn.flintstoning.com Port 80)
