Error on SVN commit...

I am using version 1.4.7 on XP Pro....

I am doing this for the FIRST time.

I am trying to add folders and files to an existing project at my hosting
providers side (speedyrails.com)

I did the Add and it worked fine.

When I try to "committ" I keep getting the following error consistently.

405 Method Not Allowed (http://svn.flintstoning.com)

I have disabled Firewall and any other virus protection on my machine but
same thing.

Speedyraisl has confirmed that erevthing on their end looks good.

What am I missing?
