Bug: "SVN Diff with URL" is shown on Shift+F10, should be "SVN Diff"

According to Stefan (http://svn.haxx.se/tsvn/archive-2007-08/0011.shtml),
this was already fixed to display both "Diff" and "SVN Diff with URL" when
the Shift key is held down.

I'm using 1.4.7, build 11792 (the latest). When I type Shift+F10, I only get
"SVN Diff with URL": "Diff" is not there.

I'm working on a Mac with an Apple keyboard, inside a VMWare virtual
machine, so there is no context menu key. I have to type Shift+F10 or else
reach for the mouse ... so it would be really nice if I didn't have to reach
for the mouse :-)
