That's already done. You can try a nightly build if you like.

Not really. The ellipsis should only be shown if there's some
significant dialog to fill out before the actual function is executed.
MS recommends to use the ellipsis as less as possible. Even the 'Open'
menu shouldn't have ellipsis, even though you usually have to go through
the file-open dialog and select a file/folder first. But that's part of
the actual "Open" function, and so there is no ellipsis there.
But of course, that's open for discussion...
