[TortoiseSVN] - missing accellerator character on TortoiseSVN context menu item - small Feature Request

Hi!

I got only one small suggestion to TortoiseSVN.

I just would want the "TortoiseSVN" element in explorer context menu has one letter underlined (accelerator character) making it choosable by pressing "context menu" key and then this letter, just like TortoiseCVS have - I press "context menu" key, then the "V" key and then choose appropriate item from TortoiseCVS submenu.
"Update" and "Commit" menu items have accelerator char - this makes using it very fast.

The accelerator chars on "TortoiseSVN" menu item doesn't appear both in English and Polish version (which I use in every day usage).

Every thing I can I do with the keyboard, making it faster to use, so I feel the lack of such an option in this case too.

The answer to my suggestion there is "no" with some interesting arguments against the option. But I would like to start the discussion again.

How is it possible that "Commit' and "Update" options have their accelerations keys in both Polish and English version?
