FS#171 — Add keyboard accelerators to the shell context menu items

It's probably just me who's not getting this, but there is no mention of
how this works in the manual. Sorry if I'm all wrong--I love TortoiseSVN
and use it everyday! :)

As far as I can see, you've added accelerator bindings (like &New) for
most of the items in the "TortoiseSVN" sub menu, but not for the actual
sub menu entry. So to get into the sub menu, one has to press ALT+F and
then use the arrows to navigate into the sub menu, and then press one of
the accelerators.

You've also "forgotten" the two most important entries, the "SVN Update"
and "SVN Commit..." entries on the "File" menu.

Again, sorry if I'm mistaken! :)

PS: Global explorer-wide shortcuts like Shift+Ctrl+C for commit would be
nice, but is probably not possible?
