Re: 1.4.7 Extreme slowdown w/ icon overlays default setting on WinXP

I've used the "default" setting since day one. Early versions of TSVN were
a bit slow as the cache manager ground away, but as of 1.4.6, it's been
exceedingly responsive. I haven't tried 1.4.7 yet; 1.4.6 is nice and stable
and I have no reason yet to upgrade.

Forgot to mention platforms - Windows XP SP2 (3GHz Pentium 4, 2G RAM) and
Win2k SP4 (was 566MHz, now 2GHz, Pentium 4, 1G RAM)
