using TortoiseSVN in a remote desktop

Hi,

I'm trying to checkout a number of repos to a remote system using the Windows
Remote Desktop client. Tortoise is installed there, but evidently shell
extension commands don't work remotely since none of them show up when I right
click. I doubt there is much that can be done for that situation, yes?

I read the manual appendix: Appendix E. Command Line Interface Cross Reference
but I'm a bit perplexed. There is no executable in the install package called
SVN. Is it possible to actually accomplish these actions from the command line
or are you simply providing a reference to describe what the shell extension is
doing for you when use it?

Thanks for the help,
Eric
