The certificate files are stored in the appdata directory.
Check first your servers config file (%APPDATA%\Subversion\servers),
find the string ssl-client-cert-file. If it's not there, try the
registry under HKLM and HKCU\Software\tigris.org\Subversion\servers and
look for the same string.

The string contains a path to the certificate file to use.
