Ahem, I wrote "use File|Print on many such dialogs.", not specifically
the commit dialog.

Instead of temporary saving the revision tree to file and then print
out, I would like to print this immediately.

Or dump the content of repository to printer, as viewed in the browser,
and I guess there should also be other places where this could be of
interest. Now I have to use T.N.T (not the explosive) to take a snapshot
of screen and dump that part of interest and perhaps do this a lot of
times to get it on a printout.
