Vista installation fails on 1.4.5

Hi

You probably already know very well, but when I tried to install 1.4.5 on Vista, it failed. First I had to kill all my programs to let it install (even the "basic" explorer, showing the task bar), then after restart it gave some message about some links where not configured correctly (translated to norwegian), and that I should check the event list of the program (which I never found).

I just went back to 1.4.3 which seems to work perfectly, the only reason I decided to upgrade was a nice plea from the program to upgrade:)

I am admin, and run with no kinds of restrictions (User Access Control is deactivated).

Anyway, good work otherwise on this program. Very useful.
