Sorry, I use Pageant in conjunction with Putty.

Just tried adding -pw <pwd> to the Plink line in Tortoise, but no change. No
entry in Pageant for using a pwd.

I mean not using a Putty to load your key, but using a Putty Pageant.

Please load your key using a Putty Pageant and put your password, then do
the repo-browser.

I have used this method and it becomes successful.

you can just download the complete Putty installer at
