I mean not using a Putty to load your key, but using a Putty Pageant.

Please load your key using a Putty Pageant and put your password, then
do the repo-browser.

I have used this method and it becomes successful.

you can just download the complete Putty installer at
http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest/x86/putty-0.60-installer.exe.
