You can't have two versions of TSVN installed at the same time.
There can be only one ;)

Apart from that, you should be careful when using the nightly build in
case you also use other svn clients: the nightly builds now use a higher
version of the working copy format than 1.4.x clients.
Any 1.5.x client (which 1.4.99 of TSVN belongs to - it's just the
version 1.4.99 because 1.5 wasn't released yet) will update the working
copy to the new format, and then older clients can't access that working
copy anymore.
