RE: TortoiseSVN 1.4.5 caused Windows Explorer hang

I haven't had the problem again since then. I think that's
because I got really annoyed at how sluggish Explorer was
with TSVN installed. Some searching revealed that one can minimize
that by using the TortoiseSVN Settings -> Icon Overlays,
"Exclude paths" and "Include paths". This limits the
area of the filesystem that the icon overlays are active
within.
